The Prophetic Canvas

A Place for Prophetic Artists to Network and Encourage One Another

ARE THERE ANY WAY(S) TO GET ONE'S WORK BROADCASTED -- IM I DOING ANYTHING WRONG -- OR IS IT THAT ARTISTS DON'T VALUE PENCIL AS MUCH AS CANVAS AND OIL - ACRYLICS; DON'T THINK THAT THERE ARE/COULD BE AS WELL RECEIVED AS PAINTING -- IM I OFF BASE -- ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME -- JUST GOT MY PAINTS IN AND FINALLY GRAPHITE PENCILS?

ANY DISSCUSION OR CONSTRUCTIVE AID/OR CRITISISM WOULD BE WELCOMED!

THANKS FOR TAKING A MOMENT OUT!

I think its hard for artists in general to get their works out there. I think it takes a lot of time and effort to promote yourself, join in with different networks and galleries like this one, etc. Create your own website and blog using keywords to describe your art, etc. Keywords are very important to help get your art popping up on the web. I don't necessarily think people don't value graphite drawings-although I'm no expert and struggling just like you, but perhaps you just haven't connected to your market yet. The key, from what I know so far, is getting your art visible to the people who are interested in graphite pencil drawings and Christian art.
